Those who know Nancy best will tell you she's had a special connection with animals since she was a child. It could be their inherent loyalty, their innocence, or wild exuberance, but Nancy has always clicked with the pets she cares for.
From the hiring of staff to the design of her facilities, Nancy puts the dog's needs first. It's sometimes hard to tell who's more excited at drop-off time... Nancy's team or the dogs themselves. But in any case, it's a sure bet that a grand time is had by all.
It's really no surprise that Dottie Jean's Pet Resort is growing so quickly. Pet owners (and the pets themselves) can see that Nancy just plain cares. She wants them to be safe, to bond, and above all else, enjoy life.

Well, first off, my dog loves it here. He always comes home absolutely exhausted (and sometimes dirty, which shows me he REALLY had fun). Whenever we pull into the lot, he goes absolutely wild. He practically drags me to the door when I get him out of the car.
On a more serious note, you can tell the staff here really care about the animals. They're always posting pictures of them on facebook and giving them treats when they leave for the day. I have no doubts that my dog is treated extremely well here.

I wanted to share my appreciation for Dottie Jean's Pet Resort and Daycare Center. I am a new client who needed boarding for my dog, Tori. I was going to have surgery and needed to find a place that I was comfortable with in a short period of time. I had heard many positive comments from my former Vet., who retired, as well as others who gave an amazing recommendation. My dog and I met with the owner and the associates who were all very welcoming. I knew immediately this was the place my dog would receive the best care while I took care of my health. I don't live near Dottie Jeans (1 hour drive), but I would travel the world for my dog and Dottie Jeans is definitely worth the distance.

Our dog loves it at Dottie Jean's!! Nancy and her team are amazing, and our guy always comes home tired from all the playing at daycare! We'll also be using Dottie Jean's for boarding this summer - I'm pretty sure he won't miss us for more than a second!!
